Operation and Maintenance Support to the Common Services Council in Northern Gaza: The activities covered the day to day assistance in the O&M, the development of O&M manuals and records, comprehensive training program for all levels of staff on Quality control and quality assurance methods during different operations involved in water and waste water management, the assessment of safety measures applied at the water and wastewater facilities and recommended actions to be taken, the development of a reporting system in addition to creating database.
