Project Overview

This project was part of a larger consultancy service for the "Elaboration of Design and Provision of Site Supervision and Management Services for Deir Al Balah Community Center." The focus was on the provision and installation of two photovoltaic (PV) solar systems: a 90 kWp on-grid system and a 12.6 kWp on-grid system with batteries. These systems aimed to enhance the energy sustainability of the community center by harnessing solar power for its operations.

Role of CEP in the project

Provided detailed design services for the two PV solar systems, ensuring optimal energy generation and system integration with the community center's infrastructure.

Prepared complete tender documents, including technical specifications, system layouts, and cost estimates for the PV solar installations.

Supervised the construction of both solar systems, ensuring they were installed according to the approved design and adhered to all safety, quality, and performance standards.

Oversaw the integration of the 12.6 kWp system with batteries to ensure reliable energy storage and use during non-sunny hours.

Coordinated with stakeholders to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of both systems, contributing to the center's sustainability goals.
