Project Overview

This project involved the design review and construction monitoring of a 60 KWp photovoltaic (PV) solar energy system, intended to power the main offices of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Gaza. The project was part of the broader $200 million USD Kuwait grant aimed at reconstructing the Gaza Strip.

Role of CEP in the project

Design Review: Assessed the proposed solar energy system design to ensure compliance with technical standards, performance requirements, and sustainability goals.

Construction Monitoring: Supervised the construction phase to ensure the system was built according to the approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensured that the installation met environmental and energy regulations and provided recommendations for improvements when necessary.
