Project Overview

This project involved the design review and construction monitoring of a 50 KWp photovoltaic (PV) solar energy system, which was installed to power multiple vocational workshops at the Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children in Gaza. The project was part of the broader $200 million USD Kuwait grant for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.

Role of CEP in the project

Design Review: The design of the PV solar system was reviewed to ensure it met the energy requirements of the workshops and complied with technical, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

Construction Monitoring: Oversaw the construction process to ensure the system was installed as per the design and technical specifications, ensuring its optimal functionality.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensured compliance with relevant regulations and quality assurance to guarantee the system’s efficiency, longevity, and ability to meet the energy demands of the society's vocational workshops.
