Project Overview

This project involved the construction supervision of solar distillation systems installed in two schools in the Gaza Strip and one school in the Jordan Valley. The system was designed to distill water for use at the schools. The scope included testing water quality before distillation, after distillation, and after mixing to ensure the quality and safety of the distilled water for consumption.

Role of CEP in the project

Construction Supervision: Overseeing the installation of the solar distillation systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Water Quality Testing: Supervising the testing of water quality at various stages—before distillation, after distillation, and after mixing—to ensure the effectiveness of the distillation process and the safety of the water for use.

Quality Control: Ensuring that the systems were installed and operated efficiently, with proper documentation and reporting of water quality results.
