The project was planned as a joint effort between the Municipality of Nablus (Palestine) and the City of Lille (France), with a focus on sustainability and urban development.
The scope of this assignment included conducting an Ex-ante Evaluation to assess the feasibility and potential impact of the Nablus Boulevard project before its implementation. This evaluation would examine various factors such as social, economic, and environmental implications, ensuring the project aligned with sustainable urban development goals.
