Project Overview
This project involved the maintenance and rehabilitation of water networks in the Khoza'a area, Khan Younis. The scope of the project focused on supervising the construction works, ensuring the water supply infrastructure was rehabilitated to improve service reliability and efficiency.
Role of CEP on the Project:
Supervised the construction works for the rehabilitation of 8.8 km of water networks in the Khoza'a area, ensuring the project adhered to technical standards and quality control measures.
Prepared a complete list of materials for the rehabilitation works to ensure proper procurement and use of resources.
Conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to assess potential environmental effects and propose necessary mitigation measures.
Developed a cost estimate to manage the project's financial aspects and ensure alignment with the budget.
Supervised the construction contract.
