Project Overview

This project involved the design review, preparation, and supervision of the construction of approximately 30 km of wastewater networks in Dair Al Balah and Jabalia. The scope included reviewing existing designs, preparing tender documents, evaluating tenders, assisting during contract negotiations, and overseeing the construction process to ensure the successful implementation of the sewer networks.

Role of CEP in the project

Reviewed the existing designs for the wastewater networks in Dair Al Balah and Jabalia, ensuring compliance with technical standards and feasibility.

Prepared full tender documents for the construction of the sewer lines, including specifications, cost estimates, and work schedules.

Assisted in the tender process, including evaluating submitted tenders, making recommendations for the award of the contract, and providing support during contract negotiations.

Supervised the construction of the 30 km of wastewater networks, ensuring quality control, adherence to timelines, and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Coordinated with the associated consultant, Norplan (Norway), to ensure a seamless integration of efforts during the project's phases.
