Project Overview

This project focused on the detailed design and preparation of full tender documents for the rehabilitation of wastewater networks in Beit Hanoun. The objective was to develop a new wastewater network, including a comprehensive list of materials, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and cost estimation to ensure efficient and sustainable wastewater management for the area.

Role of CEP in the project

Developed detailed designs for the new wastewater network in Beit Hanoun, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Prepared full tender documents, including technical specifications, procurement strategies, and project timelines.

Compiled a comprehensive list of materials required for the construction and rehabilitation of the wastewater network.

Conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to evaluate potential environmental effects and recommended mitigation measures.

Provided a detailed cost estimate to ensure the financial feasibility of the project and help guide the tendering process.
