Project Overview
This project involved the design and construction supervision of the Jamal Abdel Naser Sewer Network in Khan Younes. The scope included the preparation of detailed designs and tender documents, as well as the construction supervision of approximately 12 km of main sewer network with house connections. Additionally, the project included the preparation of a complete list of materials, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and a cost estimate.
Role of CEP in the project
Prepared detailed designs and tender documents for the sewer network, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and technical requirements.
Oversaw the contract award process, providing guidance on tender evaluations and making recommendations for the selection of contractors.
Supervised the construction of the 12 km sewer network, including main sewer lines and house connections, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
Prepared a comprehensive list of materials required for the sewer network construction, ensuring appropriate specifications and availability.
Conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to assess potential environmental impacts and provided recommendations for mitigation measures.
Developed a detailed cost estimate to ensure financial control and guide the tendering process.
