Project Description

The Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS) was a non-governmental organization established in 1979. It provided healthcare services to underserved Palestinian communities in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem. Key activities included primary healthcare, community-based rehabilitation, public health education, emergency medical response, and advocacy for health rights. PMRS played a vital role in improving healthcare access, especially in areas impacted by conflict.

PMRS contracted CEP to provide the consultancy service for the preparation of detailed designs and tender documents and construction supervision for the Rehabilitation Services Building and for the renovation of adjacent existing building.

The rehabilitation services building was a 6-floor building with a floor area of 320 m2. The building included physiotherapy clinics, dental clinics, general clinics, emergency clinic, medical lab, warehouse and administrative unit. The project also included the renovation of the existing clinic building.
