Project Overview

This project involved the construction supervision of two stormwater infiltration basins: one with an area of 3,000 m² in Biet Lahya Municipality and another with an area of 1,500 m² in the El Manshya area. The basins were designed to manage stormwater runoff and recharge groundwater through various infrastructure components, including earthworks, gabions, soil filters, infiltration boreholes, piles, and piping.

Role of CEP in the project

Supervised the construction of two stormwater infiltration basins, ensuring the proper implementation of the design specifications and high-quality construction practices.

Monitored the earthworks, gabions, soil filters, infiltration boreholes, and other structural elements to ensure they met engineering standards and the project's objectives.

Oversaw the installation of piping, gutters, and other drainage components, ensuring the systems effectively channeled and managed stormwater.

Ensured compliance with environmental regulations and project timelines while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to resolve any issues during construction.

Provided regular progress reports and quality assurance to ensure the project was completed on schedule and within the budget.
